Shipping & Returns
Once you've placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. If you didn't receive the order confirmation within 24h, please reach out via firstname.lastname@example.org so we can figure out what went wrong.
The Netherlands: all orders are shipped with PostNL. We dispatch your purchase within 10 working days of receiving an order confirmation. Please note that we are unable to held liable for the loss of your package once it has been dispatched.
NL only - You can exchange a sealed and unopened product for store credit or another product within 14 days of its delivery. Products being exchanged must be in unused and unopened condition. If you wish to exchange a product, you can send it to monthly.care in its original state and packaging. Please send us an e-mail up front to let us know we can expect it: email@example.com
